Shipping Methods & Carriers

We offer international shipping from Poland via International Postal System and DPD (for deliveries within the EU). Our goal is to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically dispatched within 8-14 business days from the date of purchase.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination country:

  1. Europe: 4-10 business days
  2. United Kingdom: 14-21 business days
  3. USA: 8-21 business days (depending on the state)
  4. Canada: 14-30 business days
  5. South America: 21-30 business days
  6. Australia: 21-30 business days
  7. Asia: 21-30 business days
  8. Africa: 21-30 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors such as customs processing, holidays, and local delivery conditions.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please note that tracking updates may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination country.  

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes. These charges are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.

Shipping Issues & Lost Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us, and we will assist you in tracking your package. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Customer is responsible for returning the goods at their own cost, in an undamaged and complete condition, along with proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

 Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges

 The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
