Dear customers and friends,
I have two pieces of news for you - one good and one not-so-good.
The good news: shipping to the United States is finally available again!
The not-so-good news: unfortunately, it isn’t cheap.
The delivery price already includes all customs duties and courier fees. Everything is prepaid, so you won’t have to worry about surprise charges upon delivery. I’ve taken care of the formalities so your order can reach you smoothly and stress-free.
At this moment, U.S. orders can only be placed through my Etsy shop. There are a few reasons for this.
First, tariff regulations are unpredictable and keep changing. Etsy offers additional security here - orders under $250 are covered by the Etsy Purchase Protection Program, which guarantees a full refund if something goes wrong. This protects both you as a buyer and me as a small business owner. With almost 80% of my sales coming from the U.S., I simply can’t take unnecessary risks connected with lost or unclaimed parcels.
Second, my own shop currently doesn’t allow me to adjust shipping rates for the U.S. properly. I’m working on it, but it will take some time (and a lot of patience).
So for now: shipping to the USA is possible again, but only via Etsy.
How shipping costs are calculated
Each product has its own shipping price, based on its size and value. When you add several different items to your cart, the system automatically calculates the total cost. I’ve done my best to set it up as accurately as possible—but it’s not a perfect science.
If the final calculated shipping ends up being higher than the actual cost, don’t worry: I’ll refund the difference. 💛
Thank you so much for your understanding and support, it truly means the world to me. Running a small business comes with its challenges, but it’s your orders and kind messages that keep me motivated. And I promise: as soon as I find a smoother way to handle U.S. shipping, you’ll be the first to know. 💛
